How Do You Make Strawberry Agua Fresca?
Place the berries, lime juice, sugar and some water in a blender. Blend until you have a puree. Pour the puree through a strainer into a large pitcher, and discard any solids that remain in the strainer. Add more water to the pitcher, then stir to combine. Chill the agua fresca until you’re ready to serve it. You can add sliced berries, limes and mint leaves right before serving.

Tips For The Perfect Drink
- Fresh strawberries work best in this drink. While you can use frozen berries, you’ll need to thaw them first and also add more sugar.
- Strawberry agua fresca will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 3 days .
- Use freshly squeezed lime juice for the best results.
- It’s important to pour the strawberry puree through a sieve or strainer , otherwise you may end up with a lot of seeds in your drink.
Quick Tip
No blender on hand? You can also use a food processor to blend the strawberries.

Agua fresca contains fruit, sugar, water and lime juice.
Agua fresca tends to be lighter than juice in both consistency and flavor, since it is a fruit puree that is mixed with water.
